Introduction and Welcome to the Castle

Our programme of activities on the resort have been arranged to deliver your ideal holiday experience. It can include horse riding, archery golf competitions and much, much more. There is also a programme of evening entertainment and special theme nights, for which we recommend you make a reservation prior to arrival.

Check-In / Check-Out

Your Holiday property will be ready from 4.30pm on the check in day shown on the front cover of your pre-arrival pack. Check out is10am on the appropriate day.

Please help us prepare for the next occupants by observing these times. Any delay will reduce the time we have available to service the property.

Reception Area         

The reception is located in the Leisure Centre and is open from 8.00am to 10.00pm daily. If you anticipate arriving after 10.00pm please advise us with a telephone number, in order that we can let you have instructions that will allow you a late entry to your property.

Chargecards

You will be given two report charge cards for personal use during your stay. No fuss and no need to carry money with you. All charges will be placed on your account and should be settled on check-out.

Deposits

A refundable deposit of £50 is required from all Non-Owners upon arrival, this is requested in case of any damages, breakages or loss of property keys that have to be replaced.

Villa and apartment owners will be required to make a refundable £15 deposit on arrival.

Airports, Railway Stations, Bus Services and Taxis.

The nearest international commercial airport is Edinburgh (55 miles). The nearest railway station is Cupar (9 miles) and Kirkcaldy (25 miles). There is a regular bus service to St Andrews and Edinburgh, the bus stopping point is at the main gate of the resort.

Taxis can be arranged by us , as can personalised tours around the area.

Car hire is also possible, but we recommend that if you are traveling through Edinburgh Airport, you use our travel service. Contact the leisure team on +44 (0) 1333 340501 for assistance.

Country and Leisure Wear.

We have our own Country and Leisure Wear outlet within the Equestrian Centre, retailing renowned brands of clothing, walking footware and sportsware. Our shop is open daily from 9.00am to 5.00pm, please come along during your stay and see what we have to offer.
